Q. Are you looking to make a return and request an RMA? 
A. Please visit: https://www.pinktartan.ca/pages/returns and you can use our the automated returns manager to request a return & print a shipping label (for Canadian Orders Only). 

Q. Would you like to make an exchange?
A. To make an exchange please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on our site.

Q. Your system won't let me make my return?

A. There are few reasons you may not be able to submit your return online. Some of these may include: The 30 day return window has closed, The item you are trying to return was marked FINAL SALE and is ineligible for return, Your Order wasn't placed on pinktartan.com ... If none of these apply please email us at: customerservice@pinktartan.com and we can help assist you.

Q. Where is my order? 
A.We ship out from our warehouse in 1-2 Business days. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped along with tracking information.
