Order Turnaround Time

It is important to that we ship your purchase as quickly as possible. We typically ship in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. In some instances, when items are thought to be in stock but are not available, you will be notified via e-mail of the options available to you prior to shipment of your order. If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution.

We ship Tuesday through Thursday, excluding holidays.

Please note that reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.

RETURN POLICY is confident you will be happy with your purchase(s). If you are unhappy with your purchase please email to initiate your online return. offers Free Returns on FULL PRICE merchandise within 14 days from date of receipt.

Products must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for return:

  • Must be full price merchandise.
  • Must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • Product must be intact and undamaged.
  • All sales made with a code, or during a flash sale are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for a return.
  • All sale or promotional items are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for return.
  • All Black Friday or Boxing Day purchases are FINAL SALE.

  1. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return request.
  2. Please either print off the email or include the details within the box you are shipping back so we may process your return in a timely manner. 
  3. Please ship your order back in the original packaging. Please allow 7 days for shipping.
  4. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt, and the refund should appear on your account within 7-10 business days after processing.

Please Note:

  • Please note that a $10 restocking fee will be applied against the refund amount if the merchandise is received more than 14 days after receipt of the pre-paid shipping label. Please allow 7 days for shipping.
  • We are currently unable to accept online returns at Pink Tartan stores.
  • Items marked Final Sale or purchased on promotion are ineligible for return.


As with returns, exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your package. To make an exchange please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on our site.


  • Items marked Final Sale within the description & at checkout are ineligible for return.
  • Any customised or custom made items are ineligible for return.
  • Any and all Kim Newport products as they are made to order.
  • Bodysuits, intimates, earrings, vintage or one-of-a-kind pieces marked Final Sale within the description & at checkout are ineligible for return.
  • All Sale items and items purchased on promotion/discount are Final Sale. 


In the event your purchase did not qualify for free shipping, the free return policy is not applicable. The return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Pink Tartan Retail, Outlet, & Department Store purchases & merchandise may not be returned to . All retail purchases must be returned to the original store of purchase in order to be returned or exchanged. The return policy at the original location of purchase will apply.


We reserve the right to post spontaneous flash sales on any Pink Tartan product at anytime. Items in these flash sales will not be price adjusted if item was previously purchased. Items purchased during flash sales are FINAL SALE.
